Chronology
Two girls are missing. Police recruit Paul Chartier joins an undercover unit to track down a sex offender. After the operation goes awry, Chartier becomes frustrated with legal obstacles and pursues the criminals independently.. Features Nosferatu, a strave symphony (1922). So we watched it in French with Dutch subtitles. I don’t understand French and obviously my Dutch is not good enough in these subjects. I don’t know much about the police system in Belgium in the 90’s. Is it a good movie? Not to me. It looked like a movie following a police officer on a missing child case. He looks young and shows a good memory as he remembers 21 license plates after an incident with the other police department. Although he is quite emotional and has lost a lot of his temper. All the characters seem quite incompetent. I find it hard to follow. I won’t add more so as not to spoil it for you.
